Richard A. Abrams

Richard A. Abrams is an attorney in private practice in St. Louis, Missouri. He received an A.B. degree in history from Washington University in 1974 and a J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law in 1977 where he was an editor on the staff of the Washington University Law Quarterly.

He practices primarily in the areas of Creditors' Rights Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Collections, and Landlord-Tenant Law. Mr. Abrams is a member of the Federal Bar for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Missouri Bar, and the American Bar Association (Litigation Section, Section on Real Property, Trust and Estate Law). He lectures regularly on collection law and landlord-tenant law issues and has been doing consulting on law practice management issues.

Outside of the office he spends his time with family and has been active in many areas of his synagogue, having served on the executive committee in multiple capacities. He currently serves as the development chair of the St. Louis Jewish Community Relations Council.
